Tier 1 (General) Dependant Visa- please help

Post by ranchers » Sat Jan 23, 2010 2:45 pm

Hi,

I am on FLR at the moment and I am going to apply for my wife visa as a dependant, Anyone please help to decide about the docs.

I am actually staying with my uncle's family so not paying any bills and council tax.The documents according to my understanding are.

1- Marriage certificate, marriage photos
2- My salary slips, bank statments
3- my visa copies and passport copies
4- for the accomodation, I am going to sign a tennancy agreement which will start from march 2010 and my wife is planning to apply in march as well so i thought the tennancy agreement will be enough to show that i am going to rent a flat but one of my friend is talking about '' Sponsorship Undertaking Form (SU07) ''' on http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/vafs

anybody knows about this form ?? and is it necessary to send this form with the application ???? because according to this form sponsor must have any doc like bill or council tax paper ..

Please help...

You dont need the SU07 as you are not applying for your spouse's settlement in UK at the moment.

Thanks Push,

It was written on their website as ''If you are applying for settlement as the parent, grandparent or other dependent relative of someone in the UK, your sponsor needs to complete and sign the Sponsorship Undertaking Form (SU07) below. By signing this form, your sponsor confirms that they will be responsible for your maintenance and accommodation in the UK. You should include this completed form when you make your settlement application.'''

And I was confused about that.. so that means if i just apply with the Tennancy Agreement and a letter from the owner of house (optional) then it will be ok. isn't it ??

Tenancy agreement is sufficient...
