UK TIER 1 GENERAL DEPENDANT VISA

Hi, I would really appreciate if I can get some advice on my visa. I have applied for TIER1 General Dependant visa from Kolkata on 21st December, 2011.

I have submitted the following document:
1. Covering letter from my husband
2. U.K Bank statements ( with 1350 pounds maintained over 3 months)+ NRO bank account with over 50 thousand balance.
3. Letter from his employer
4 Rental agreement ( from June, 2011 - December 2011) . after december 2011 , my husband is allowed to stay in the same property with a minimum notice period of one month
5. Wedding Card
6. Wedding Photos
7. Husband's visa copy.
8. Payslips ( for the last 6 months)
9. TAX statements

I had applied 2 weeks back and when I try checking the status of my visa it still shows that it has been forwarded to the BHC. Ideally by now it should have been ''under process..

Will my visa be rejected because the rental agreement is till december 2011.

It will be great if I can get some advice.

No, and its inclusion in the application was not even necessary.

Do you have any idea why the status of my application is still showing '' has been forwarded to BHC'' . Ideally by now it should have shpown '' under process''. My friend applied for Tier 2 dependent visa from Kolkata on 20th December ( just one day before me). Her application is shpwing under process. Whereas mine hasn't changed. I am really worried

I am only getting views for this thread and hardly any reply.. Can someone please reply ....
