Tier-1 General dependants application fees

hi all,

Might seem like a stupid question to ask, but what is the fees for a PEO in-person application for a tier-1 general PBS dependant?

I am going to apply for my ILR and my wife's dependant visa (she already is on my dependant) and i plan to get an extension on her dependant visa.

Could someone please confirm whats the individual fees. I was going through the form here http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... ation1.pdf and could not understand which one to select (on page 3)
