Tier 2 General (Dependent) ILR Eligibility Date

Hi,

My wife holds Tier 2 General Dependent Visa below are the timelines :-

UK Visa Start Date - 21st May 2014
UK Arrival Date - 15th Aug 2014
UK Visa End Date - 30th June 2019

No Absence more than 180 days in 5 year.

I am bit confused that her ILR eligibility date should be May 2019 or Aug 2019 ??
