Post by Pvuppala » Thu Feb 06, 2014 10:51 am

Hi Friends,

In July 2015 we are eligible for PR and we would like to send our daughter(6 years ) to India for 1.5 years from Now. Is she eligible for PR along with us even she was not in UK for 5 years??

if we got PR, can we apply PR for her when she is in India ??

Please suggest me your views

Thanks
Madhuri.

Yes, subject to 319J.

She may apply for a child settlement visa, with ILE endorsement, if both parents have ILR.

Where was she born? If she was born in the UK, then she will be entitled to register for British citizenship after a parent is granted ILR.
