Tier 1 General Dependent (No Spouse visa) to ILR

Post by bipsan » Tue Mar 04, 2014 9:01 pm

HI...

I had query regarding my Spouse dependent visa/ILR

I got my ILR last year July 2013 on Tier 1 PBS,
My wife came to UK in May 2012 as Tier1 dependent visa, later I had extension of my Tier 1 visa in September 2012, so I send my application along with my wife Tier 1 dependent by post. Got Tier1 extension visa for both of us in February 2013 for next 2 years ( valid Till Feb.2015)

Later I m qualified for my ILR on May 2013 where I went on same day service and I got my ILR done.
At present my wife having Tier1 dependent visa valid up to February 2015.

She ll be completing her 2 years of stay in UK by may 2014 and ll be applying for ILR as my dependent.

I m wondering does she need first Spouse visa before she can apply for ILR depended or she can directly apply for ILR dependent visa from her Tier1 General dependent.

Please advice me.

Thanks
