Tier 1 General Dependent

Hi There,

I have a friend who is on Tier 1 General visa.

He is married now and has got wife in Pakistan.

It would be great help to understand what documents he will need to produce for her wife to come in the UK on Tier 1 General Dependent Visa ?

Is there english language requirments etc ?
