Tier 1 General Dependent

Post by nasty » Tue Nov 08, 2011 8:31 am

Hi,

I am on tier 1 general visa and a full time employee with a company. My visa expires in Oct 2012.

I am planning to get married in India in the month of April 2012, my intension is to apply her visa after marriage and bring her back along with me.

Will there be any problem approving dependent visa, pointing that my visa expires in 6 months? (Of course, we will apply for extension in the month of July from UK)

I wanted to apply my extension before marriage, but April is too early to apply for my extension.

Please help if anyone has been in similar boat.

Thanks in advance.
