Tier 1 General DEPENDENT - URGENT

Post by Asim007 » Sun Feb 01, 2015 6:40 pm

Hi,

I am currently on Tier-1 general VISA and my ILR is due in april 2016. My wife just got dependent visa issued on 16 january 2015. I have two questions.

1. Is there any restriction that she has to travel within 90 days of getting entry clearance ? (She is planning to join me in May due to her sister marraige)?
2. If she travels after 90 days of getting entry clearnce, will it effect anything when she will apply for her ILR after 5 years?

Thanks in advance.

There is no any restrictions for spouse to travel within 90 days of getting entry clearance she can travel in May without any problem.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Malik,

But does it means that due to late arrival she may need a 2nd extension to complete 5 years in UK ?
