Tier 1 General dependent visa extension

Good Morning

I want to know about my wife and kid extension this year. there current leave is expiring in may 2016. They came to UK in march 2014. I am applying for my ILR and hopefully if i got appointment I will go in person same day service. can I apply for them with me or not.

if I dont get appointment for same day services and have to send my application to home office via post. can I apply for them as well. They are not eligible for ILR.
