Tier 1 General Dependent VISA for NEW BORN BABY IN UK

Post by jeets23 » Fri Aug 26, 2011 11:22 am

Dear Friends,

I need your suggestion

I have got my Tier1 General VISA approved in Mar 2009. As of now it is valid till Mar 2012 (in another 6-7 months). My wife holds the Tier1 General VISA. Now we have a 6 months old daughter, born in UK. She hold the Indian passport and now my queries towards her dependent VISA.

1. Do i need to apply for a new dependent Tier1 G VISA for my daugher first and then get it further extented when i am applying for VISA extention (planning to apply in JAN/FEB 2012)

2. Can i apply for my daugher's dependent VISA along with my VISA extention? Means would it be possible to apply for VISA application my wife and self and for a new VISA applicaiton for my daugher at the same time in same extension application?

Many Thanks
