Tier 1 general dependent visa- new born

hello guys Could somebody help me with dependent visa requrments:
i am in uk since aug 2009 on tier 1 general visa with my wife (more than 1 year). now God bless me son last month, so what should i send to home office to get his passport stamped like what?
bank statement? how much money
my and my wife passport?
earning proof?

You don't have to send passports except of your son.

Maintenance req. in your case is 800+533+533 for consecutive 90 days prior to application.

earning proof is required only for your extention.

Don't forget to send original birth certificate.

Thanks v much silverline for reply just wondering you mentioned 800+533+533. i am bit confused about this with ukba site . as me and my are in uk from more then 12 months since Aug 2009 on tier 1 general . do i still have to show 800 for me and 533 for my wife aswell with my son's 533.

i bit worried as ukba web site not explain this and confused alot of people.

Per rules as of today, you've to show £800 for yourself & £533 for each dependant if you are living in uk for more than 1 year. You have to meet this condition even if one of your dependant apply.
