Tier 2 General Dependent VISA

Hi,I am currently under Tier 2 and my wife is under Tier2 ICT Long Term staff issued in Oct`13. We both currently is living in London.

I am planning to switch my wife visa to tier 2 general dependent visa.

1.Can this be done from UK as I am from India, do my wife have to go back to India to get dependent visa stamped

2. What documents should I require for visa processing if it can be cone from London

3. just maintaining required funds for 90days is sufficient or I need letter from sponsor company too.
