Tier 2 general dependent visa

Hi,
I have tier 2 general visa till 2016 and looking to apply ILR in next next 6 months,
my wife is planning to go out of country in coming months before I apply ILR , I
want to know if I apply ILR while my dependent is out of country will her tier 2
general dependent visa be cancelled or she can come back and apply ILR later.
My wife also has a tier 2 dependent visa valid till 2016.

Experts please help.

Experts, please suggest, if my ILR application is successful will it cancel my partner's leave to remain or she can come back
and apply for ILR after couple of months.
