Tier 2 General Dependent Visa - Tenancy Agreement

Post by krupamehta » Mon Jan 12, 2015 10:01 am

Hi All,

I am currently in tier 2 general visa. I am getting married in April and will apply for my partner's visa in May. I am flying back to India in January for wedding preparation. Since I am in India for 4 months, I am not part of any tenancy agreement. My previous agreement expired last month. What should I do as I dont have current tenancy agreement in my name. I was planning to rent a flat or book a hotel for initial 1 month when we come back in May. Can I provide that as a document?

Please can I anyone help me with this.
Thanks in advance.
