hi there

i hv my tier1 general due to expire on december and planning to apply on december 2011

could u please provide me some information
1) do i need to do english test as i gt my visa on 31-12-2008 based on hsmp approval bt i dont know whether its been calculated or not on my initail applications
2) cn i claim same points on age as i claimed on my initial applications
3)and how much earnings do i need to get 40 points
