Tier 1 (General) Extension with traffic conviction

Post by sarrial » Mon Feb 04, 2013 5:13 pm

Hi

A friend of mine is on Tier 1 (General) visa and has been charged with criminal offences (under traffic law violence) and is likely to get convicted from the court.

Will he be able here to live and work once he is convicted?

He may not get the visa extension or ILR if he is convicted by the court. Is it a good idea to get visa extension before he get's court orders.
