Tier-1 General extension- date of payment of bonus

I will be applying for my 2nd extension of Tier-1 General in the first week of July, 2014. To meet the previous income condition I will be paying, through my own limited company, a Bonus amounting to £25000/- in the 2nd week of April,2014 and then getting salary @ £3500/- pm from April,2014 to June,2014 thereby totalling my income to £35200/-.
Since the bonus although being paid on 15th April,2014 will relate to the outgoing financial year i.e. 2013-14.
Will it be fine with the Home office and will they accept this as an income between 1st April,2014 to July,2014.
