Tier 2 General Extension from ICT

Post by mraam » Mon Apr 20, 2015 9:10 pm

Hello there,

I have changed my visa category from Tier2 ICT (originally issued on June 2nd, 2010) into Tier2 General ( effective from May 17th, 2013) and valid upto June 15th, 2015. It was granted Tier-2 general visa extension for two years only ( 2013 to 2015) instead of three years in the first instance. Its time for my visa extension and am applying by next week.
Could you please let me know, how many years I will given this time for Tier2 general visa extension. Will it be three years or five years (as per Nov 2014 rule)?
Am I eligible for ILR in 2018?

Thanking you in advance.

it will be the work end date given in the CoS + 14 day or May 2019 whichever is sooner (6 year cap) .
