Tier 1 General Extension > ILR Application

Hi Guys,

Could you please advise what will be the earliest date I can apply for my ILR, information is below:

HSMP Application Tier 1 General

Initial
Valid From 22/04/2010 Till 22/04/2013
Via Post Application date 05/04/2010

Extension
Valid From09/04/2013 Till09/04/2015
On Counter Application date 09/04/2013

As there is 28 days criteria so I believe I can go to counter any day after 26th March.

Just need to make sure (second opinion required).
