Tier 1 General Extension Maintenance Fund Query

Post by sameer_info2003 » Tue Aug 09, 2011 10:21 pm

Hello,

I am planning to apply for my Tier 1 extension.
For past 3 months I have been trying to have the proper maintenance
fund of GBP 800.
However, for one particular date i.e. 28th June 2011 I have done two transactions.
The first transaction brought the balance down to GBP 790, however using the second transaction
I transferred the GBP 10 within 5 hours on the same date which brought the balance back to GBP 800.

Will this be affecting my case in terms of not meeting the maintenance fund requirement ???

Please help.

Regards,

Sam

Yes. you will not qualify with the above. your balance must not fall below 800 as mentioned at UKBA site:

"The documents must show that you have had at least £800 in your account at all times over the three-month period."
