Tier 2 General Extension outside for UK Born baby Residence

Post by sunny007 » Fri Feb 12, 2016 8:49 pm

Hello ever one

I'm on tier 2 General Visa , Valid from 15 October 2013 to - 10 November 2016 ( Enter UK on 29 October 2013 )

My Family Get Tier2 Dependent visa Valid from 16 June 2015 to 10 November 2016
Now my wife is expecting a baby in June Last week 2016, and due to some family issues she have to travel to Pakistan on 10 August 2016 and then she will join me again in June 2017 but just for 2 months ( summer break ) , so my question is after my baby born I've very limited time to arrange birth certificate from Council and then apply for baby passport for urgent ( 10 days ) so almost every thing will be
done till max end of July 2016, My questions are

1) If I'll not extent my family visa and travel with them and come back in September and extend only my visa, and once i get visa after that my family will apply for there extension in May 2017 and then travel in June to UK, I know my family Visa time will be reset to zero, because there will be break between 2 visas.

1.a ) Whats documents for new born baby required in uk.? just birth certificate from council and Passport from Pakistani Embassy.? Thats it

2) if i follow step 1 , then after my ILR October 2018 , how many times My family will Extend there Visa as a tier 2 dependent ( Max limit for Tier 2 is 6 years , is there any limit for Dependents) and whats the status of baby born in UK ? . (Because my family time start from June 2017 if there is break and complete 5 years in 2022 "4 years after my ILR" )

3 ) If i apply for Premium service in August for 1 day visa service , which will cost me arrount ( 1051 *4 + 600*4 = 6604 £ ) , which cost me a lot and this is my last option .

4 ) and one Option if i dont apply for there visa , and once i get ILR then i apply for whole family visa at that time,

I'm analyzing the facts that which option is more perfect for me in this situation ,I hope any one could clear my doubts regarding future status. and give me a useful advice.
Thanks

I might be not good at explaining my situation. so now I'm dividing my questions in part and hopefully get some feedback :-)

if my child born in UK 2016 and then baby move back to home country without visa what will happen to my baby visa in following 2 scenarios

1 ) can i apply for his dependent visa from home country in 2017 , if yes

1.a ) can he is eligible for british citizenship , when i'll get ILR hopefully in 2018. ( Im asking this , is there any residency requirement for new born ) .

2 ) No dependent Visa before:
Once i get ILR in 2018 and can then I'll apply for my baby outside the country British citizenship?

What are the consequences in the above scenarios. Kindly guide me ?

Remember that child will need to submit biomtrics at the post office. Easier to get PBS dependent visa and register the child once they are in the UK.

You do realise that if your spouse's visa expires while away from the UK and she only applies for a visa next year, her continuity of residence is broken and she will have to wait another 5 years from the date she returns before she qualifies for ILR.
