Tier 1 General Extension Salary query

Hello ,

As I am planning for extension of Tier 1 Visa soon . I have one query wrt my salary .

I was given some advance amount which my company recovered from me in one month salary so no amount was credited to my salasry account but I have salary slip .
Will that be considered in total salry . #

Please advice .
