Tier 2 General Extension

Hi all,

If you could please advise on the following that will be of great help:

I am applying for an extension on Tier 2 General which was previously granted in 2012. I am with the same employer under same job code. My question is when I go to pay for the Immigration Health Surcharge do I apply under Tier 2 General or under Further Leave to Remain FLR - Business. The difference between the later and the primary is £200. Please could you suggest.

I have paid recently for my extension. You should pay under tier 2 general not FLR

Hi,

I am also in same situation and a bit confused here but would like to find out for IHS what visa type shall I select - is it Tier 2 up to 3 years / over 3 years / Shortage occupation up to 3 years / Shortage occupation over 3 years.

I am getting 3 years visa so I guess it will be Tier 2 General over 3 years ?
