Tier 1 (General) Extension

Hello,

My visa extension is coming up in December for Tier-1 General. I was arrested for Fraud Act 2006 last year but still not been charged for that. Can you please tell me how this will affect my case. Will they reject my case because I got arrested.

What will happen if:
- Police charge me before I apply.
- Police charge me and I got convicted for it before.

I know I have to mention detail about what happen in the form but do they always reject visas of the people who are involved in crime..
