tier 2 general for 5 years

Post by ZAFHUS » Thu Feb 04, 2016 2:21 pm

Hello
I am on tier 4 and currently 25 years of age. i have completed my BA-HONS degree,i got a job offer from a company who is willing to sponsor me and already issued me a COS for 5 years, i will be working as sales manager but the salary he put in COS is new entrant salary. will that be a problem? i read if you are under 26 at the time of application you can be classed as new entrant. but also they mention if the COS is for more than 3 years it has to be experienced salary? can anyone guide which salary my empolyer should put new entrant or experieneced.

the employer should put the salary as to what he would be paying you.
for a 5 years cos to be valid, the salary needs to be at experienced level.
