Tier 1 General, Form Filling Queries, very urgent plz

Hi Guys, Sorry to bother you again, I am filling my Tier 1 General form and don't understand some parts of it, I hope some one will help me in filling form here. I am currently in UK and have got Post Study work visa (Fresh Talent Scheme in Scotland). My questions are:

Page 11, Section 2 of Application form:

B11. Give details of any current or previous worker reference number(s) under work permit arrangements (If applicable). Where can i find this reference number?

B13. PBS migrant reference number (if known). Where can i find this number?

B14. United Kingdom ID card number (if known). I haven't got ID card, will it be a problem for me?

B.26. The applicant should indicate whether they consider themselves to be employed or self-employed? I am applying as a salaried employee and self employed both, shall I tick both boxes or just one of them?

C9. Please give details of he applicant's ID card for foreign nationals. DO i have to get this card first before applying for T1 General or can i submit my application form and apply for card later on?

L4 (Page 35): Please give start and end dates of periods for which the applicant is claiming previous earnings. My earning period for both salaried employment and self employed is same, shall i enter them separately in this section or just enter them once.

M2. (Page 38): The Applicant should indicate the route under which he/she is claiming points in this section: DO i have to tick mark both Previous UK Experience-Earnings / Previous UK Experience-Study to claim 5 points in each or i just have to tick mark one of them to get only 5 points.


Please reply me asap as i'm planning to send my application on Monday / Tuesday.

Enter Start - end time as self employement

Choose UK Earnings unless you can get letter from your uni / college etc
You will get points for one of the above either UK earnings or study
