Tier 2 General to ILR possible?

Post by laxmanrao.564 » Sun Jun 21, 2015 2:40 pm

I am currently in UK holding Tier 2 General visa stamped on December 2013 and my visa validity is for five years(i.e dec 2018).

I want to know if there is any possibility for getting ILR with Tier 2 general. So is it possible to apply for ILR once I am in UK for 5 years with Tier 2 General visa(assuming I'm continuous for a period of 5yrs)? Can I apply for ILR in 2018?

Thanks in Advance.

Yes, if you satisfy the relevant requirements for ILR at the time.
