Tier-2 (General) To ILR

Hi ImmigrationBoard Guys,

I have Question Regarding my ILR Eligibility.
1)Currently I hold Tier-2(General) Start Date: 01-MARCH-2014, For 3 years, I will go for 2nd extension and Finally it will be end the 5 years time Period in 01-MARCH-2019
I) My Question Is Am I Eligible For ILR in MAR-2019
II) Can My Daughter(Present Age:16 years, Birth Date: 23-MARCH-1999) apply for ILR With me the same time in MARCH-2019 (Present my Daughter with me as a Tier-2(General) Dependent )
I heard so many roamers on Tier-2(General) to ILR Settlement In UK, and I didn't get any information from UKBA, So Please Kindly Clarify Me regarding this ILR Settlement In UK.

2)The 2nd Question is that I am planning to change my sponsorship in this year 2015, Is it OK & it gonna be effect to my ILR ?

Under current rules, if you have a salary of 35,500 and you meet all other requirements, you will be eligible for ILR and same goes for your daughter as well.
However, the rules are applied what they exist at the time. No one knows what the ILR rules will be in 2019.
