Tier 2 (general): Leaving my job

Post by bendous » Mon Oct 04, 2010 3:16 pm

Hello,

I have been in the UK on a Tier 2 (general) visa for the last 15 months. My job is a 3-year contract so the visa is also 3 years. I might have to leave my job in the near future as the company might go bankrupt. I have another job lined up but I am not sure what this means for my visa? Do I have to apply for a new visa?

I would be grateful if anyone could answer my questions as soon as possible.

Regards,
Samir.
