Tier 1 General Migrant Visa

Hi,
I had applied in Tier 1 visa in aug-2010 and go approved for 2 years and due to some reasons unable to enter UK on september. Is my Tier 1 VISA still eligible and can I enter uk (valid till sep-2012). Is the 6 month rule is still present.

You can enter the UK till the validity of the visa but have to be prepared for additional enquiries at the airport. Also you need to meet the extension criteria for extension afterwards.
