Tier 2 (general) PBS depend extension after main Applicant ILR

Hi,
I am looking for help with few things
I used to have Tier 2 visa and I got my ILR in July 2018. My wife and a son are still on my tier 2 dependent from December 2015 till their current PBS vis expires on 15.04.2019.
1) while online application form I have to fill, Do I need to fill, PBS Dependant - Partner and add PBD Child in same form?

2) when I fill PBS Dependant - Partner form, it ask me to give details of my (main applicatant previous visa. before IRL which was Tier 2 general) and ask for BRP number, do I need all these informations

3) If I fill all the form when I go to pay for health surcharges, it again ask for my Visa expiry? I have ILR I do not have visa, do I need to choose different option.
I will really appreciate if some one can please send me correct form that I need to fill of any mistake that I am making.
