Tier 2 General query

Hello Everyone,

As per my previous issue, now i have got letter from my rajasthan university that my entire course was in English during my BE course.
I got another letter from my college which mentioned that my medium of course was English and now this college has been affiliated with Rajasthan technical University which were initial affiliated with Rajasthan university.

Because point base calculator is shown '0' point for rajasthan university.

I got COS from company. Should i apply for tire 2 visa with my these two letter from university and College.

Please advice your valuable suggestion, so it will be usefully for me
