Tier 2 (General) Rejected Due to Salary Calculation

Hi Everyone,

My visa is rejected due to salary issues. The officer states that my salary shall be minimum 28800 for an experienced worker while my employer provides me only 27700. However, SOC salary requirement is based on a 39 hour week while in my CoS it clearly states that I have a 37.5 hour week, so if converted 27700 is slightly above the required minimum salary. My agent filed an Administrative Review application to UKBA based on the aforesaid theory. Do you guys think I will pass? When can I get the result?

My agent told me the calculation shall be (28800/39)*37.5=27692 which makes my offered salary 27700 slightly above.
