Tier 2 general restricted COS

Dear all

my sponsor had applied for Res COS for April 2015.
As per the Restricted Cos point based system I am scoring ~65 points.
What are the chances of receiving a certificate of sponsorship in APRIL 2015?

Generally, all valid requests for RCOS are approved unless home office wants to do further investigation on the request. In that case, the approval is put on hold until the investigation is complete.

sir...I understood your point. The score of 32 points itself is the restriction.
