Tier 1 General - Self Employment Rejections

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what are the documents required for Tier 1 General self employment earning from india when present in India? I am applying in country (I have 2 sources of Income)
Uk Salary and
Self employment in India (Earned when present in India)

My Visa was rejected earlier due to the following reasons:
Case worker did not give me anything in writing but asked me to provide any one of the following documents:
1. Profit and Loss statement of the account in which Self employed earning was earned.
2. balance Sheet of that account.
3. Tax Paid Proof (Which was in the same year, so tax will not have been paid obviously till March 2011.
4. Contract between me and the employer.

The letter case worker provided me did not have any timelines and they took a decision of refusal as i did not submit the document in 3 days.

The documents I have now for proving self employment earning in India are:

1. Bank Statement confirming the amount credited.
2. Employer Letter stating the amount had been Earned for specific cause.
3. CA confirming the amount earned and confirming the Nil Tax Liability.
4. Profit and Loss statement.
5. Balance sheet of my accounts.
6. Contract between the Employer and myself.

I am looking to see if I am missing anything this time which would result in a disaster.
