Tier 2 General - SOC change

I currently have a tier 2 general visa and obtained this visa last year while i was a project administrator. I recently for promoted to Manager in the same company (charitable organisation) so i am being told that this year an RLMT will need to be done by my company. Can somebody please confirm if this is accurate? if yes, what is the work around? As im sure that there are many resident workers who can fill my position. Any help will be greatly appreciated![/code]

I have to say it is confusing as it is saying in the website that existing employees are exempt from the RLMT.

However, in the Tier2 and 5 sponsor guidance document, existing employees are not mentioned in the section "EXEMPTIONS FROM THE RESIDENT LABOUR MARKET TEST" page 52, paragraph 300-310.
