Hello Friends need your advise,

I've a Tier 1 General Visa Valid until 15th Feb 2012. I have been to UK initially, twice for a few days (8 days each time) to look for work but as I din find job of my interest. However, now I have decided to move to UK for good. I meet all the critieria for an extention except that I'm now not in the UK.

Wanted to check if there would be any problem for me to enter the UK as I dont have a confirmed job offer yet and would have only 45 days or so left on my visa?

Please advise.

Tier 1 General is a multiple entry visa. So visa wise you must not have a problem. The immigration officer, might ask you as to why you are returning so late...so you better prepared to answer this question....and yes with proof...
The question is... to be or not to be....
