Tier-1 General VISA Extension and PR Extension

Hi,

This is regarding the extension of my HSMP to Tier-1 General and wife VISA is going to expire on 10th October 2009.

My wife is out of UK for 7 months for baby delivery to India during HSMP 2 years VISA (10-10-07 to 10-10-09) period. She and new born kid will be joining here on 3th August 2009.

When I’m applying for VISA extension and PR does will affect the dependant VISA because she is out of UK 7 months for baby delivery to India or counter gets reset...

Please advice me on these…

ILR/PR is not related to dependant's stay in/out of UK

YES as Push_hsmp mentioned..

Guys shd understand that the ILR/RP are granted mainly based on the status n rules/guidance qualified by the main applicant.. Dependents stay more than 90days.. etc etc.. will not effect..

Thanks... So no problem for the dependants for both VISA extension and as well applying for PR. Acutually they are out of UK for 7months.

It only applicable for primary applicants and not for dependants VISA.

Please adive me.
