Tier-1 General Visa

I have opened my own company. I have 80% share holder and my wife is 20% share holder.
I have to apply for my Tier-1 General extension. What are the documents to be submitted for earnings requirement?

Dividend vouchers, payslips and accountant letter

also bank statments to prove you have receive the amount
