Tier 2 - Graduate Level Job Requirement!

Dear All,

Would anyone be of help to figure out whether a migrant worker under Tier 1 PSW does require to be at Graduate Level job while switching into Tier 2 Gerneral?? Whilst the migrant has been working with the same employer for more than 6 months..

Secondly, what if there is no suitable SOC is available to a migrant who fulfills the salary requirement as mentioned by UKBA but a suitable SOC is not available to cross-match with that of UKBA.

- Choose a SOC code and job title that is the closest match to your current designation, job role and responsiblities

just to clarify....

ukba wants you to match SOC code as closely as possible to the real job. salary consideration only comes later. for example, if you satisfy salary criteria but your job description doesnt match up.... and ukba does an audit.... you are in trouble!
