Tier 4 Guessed Outcome

if your passport comes back to FedEx in between 10-15 days after you submit your UK student visa application at FedEx. Sorry; it must be a bad news. You are most probably refused for a student visa under current point-based-system.

But if your passport comes back to FedEx in between 6-10 weeks after you submit your visa application at FedEx, then you most probably have a good news; provided that you did not "mess" with your held funds during above mentioned time period.

Hi

Well processing time for student visa is 15 days in Islamabad and for Lahore and Karachi is upto 1 months.What you said may be case for few cases but this is not a general rule.
