Tier 1 (HSMP) dependent application from Pakistan

I am currently in uk on HSMP extension(tier 1) till august 2011. I am getting married and have few question regarding sponsoring my spouse.

1) Can anyone please refer me the link for sponsoring dependents from Home country
2) I am currently residing in house which is mortgaged in my brother's name. I live alone as he works in different city. I do not pay any rent. what sort of accomodation proof I can attach with visa application.
3) what are the current timelines for dependent visa from pakistan. anyone recently applied or approved please guide me with the documents .
