I applied for the Tier 2 ICT visa from outside the UK on April 1st 2011. While going through the UKBA website, i noticed that after April 6th, the rules have changed and if you are in ICT category, you cannot extend your stay for more than 5 years (3 + 2) but if you are already in the UK, these rules does not apply.
My question: Does it effect the people who applied for the visa before April 6th 2011? Or Is it applicable to anybody who got their visa stamped with any date after April 6th 2011?
