Tier 2 ICT and Marrying UK Citizen

Hi All -

I am trying to figure out if I am on a Tier 2 ICT from April 2013 and marry a UK citizen do I have to return to my home country for the cooling off period still once the 5 years is up? I havent been able to find anything on the sites around this so apologies if this was covered elsewhere....

Also if I am on a Tier 2 ICT can I switch jobs to another company and they could pick up my sponsorship? or do I have to stay with the same company until married?

if your initial T2 ICT visa was under rules after 5 April 11 you cannot switch to T2G in-country
