Tier 2 - ICT Cooling Off -Help

I have Tier 2 - ICT visa which has validity from 24 june 2010 to 4 july

2012.I travelled to uk on 3 july 2010 and returned from Uk on 27 Feb

2011 and my company is planning to resend me will the cooling off period

affect if i apply for a new visa on july 2012?
