Tier 2 ICT Dependant - Lost BRP

Hi,

My wife, has recently lost her BRP card. I have reported the Loss in the HO website and also acquired the Crime reference number.

I have applied for a new New one and booked an appointment for the end of this month.. From what I understood, address Proof is required. So I have the council tax statement which has both my name and my Wife's name in it. Should this suffice? Or should i also submit any of my identity proofs.

Apart from this, are there any other documents that needs to be submitted?
