Tier 2 ICT dependant - NOC from my employer

Hi,

I am applying for Tier 2 ICT - long term staff partner. My husband is already in UK. His company is processing my visa. I have already got Resignation Acceptance letter from my office but my husband's company is also asking for No Objection letter from my company.

Can anyone fwd me the sample format for this letter ?

This letter is not required anywhere in the guidance or immigration rules for a Tier 2 dependent.
