Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 general

Hi,

we moved to UK in August 14 on Tier 2 Short Term ICT Visa. My wife has same dependent visa and she also got job here with one of the travel company.

I wanted to know if my wife can switch from ICT Dependent to Tier 2 general. If yes, in case the same employer is interested to sponsor her Visa, what is the eligibility criterion for salary, if any.
