Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 General TB Test

Hi,
I am currently in UK from Jan 2012 under Tier 2 ICT Dependent visa. I am going to switch to Tier 2 general visa next month and I will be travelling back and applying from Chennai, India. I have a question regarding the TB test.
Do I have to undergo TB test in Chennai before I apply for my visa or am I exempted from TB test since I am currently a resident in the UK for the past 2+ years.
Please let me know.
